Introduction
battery discharge tester is a device used to measure the capacity, health, and performance of batteries. It is commonly used in the automotive, marine, and RV industries to test the condition of vehicle batteries.
The tester connects to the battery terminals and applies a controlled discharge to the battery, simulating real-world conditions. It then measures the voltage drop and calculates the remaining capacity of the battery. This information can help determine if the battery needs to be replaced or if it simply needs to be recharged.
Battery discharge testers come in various forms, from handheld devices with digital displays to more advanced testers with built-in diagnostic features. Some testers can also provide data logging capabilities and print out test results for record-keeping.
EL2000 Functions
EL2000 electronic load is suitable for aging and discharging batteries of various voltages. It can set the discharge current, set and record the discharge cut-off voltage, discharge capacity, discharge time and other parameters, and check whether the battery pack is qualified according to the test data.
